Adoptions a great option. This is the best way to go if you are planning on getting a rabbit or any pet really you should try to adopt. Those poor pets are left all alone and all they want is another chance. This isn't there fault. Help make there life better and you still get what you want, a pet.
Rabbits aren't usually thought of a "pound" animal. Although there are more than a thosound of these poor bunnies stuck in a shelter or foster home. Exspecailly after spring and summer after the parents of "easter" bunnies realize how involved it is to take care of a rabbit.
Help make one rabbit extra happy. Rabbits often sit in a shelter or foster home for months waiting for someone to come rescue him or her.
Since can not name a site that is specified to each county in each state in each country. I have listed two of my favorites. The first one is a well known and reputable compilation of many adoptable animals from most local shelters. They have almost every shelter listed so i would also suggest calling them up to see if they may any other or rabbits at all because sometimes they don't always post all the animals right away.
The other site I would like to mention is rabbit.org. This website has some rabbits up for adoption in certain towns and also has a lot of information readily avalible.
